Hi Katrina thanks for confirming the time this morning. id just like to provide some feedback about your services if that’s ok. I had two other companies come back to me with a quote a day or so after you. One was around the same price but weren’t too fused if they got the job or not so they didn’t. The other company that do” Brisbane to Melbourne” said they don’t stop at Yass. you were fast, the price was fair and your website made me think you take more care than the other guys. I received a text from jack this morning saying he was a bit over an hour away and he arrived a bit earlier than you had mentioned, but pretty much right on his ETA. I told Jack When he pulled up that I have tried for the last week to get a halter and he was being a bit of a bugger. I had tried a number of times but he had kept pulling his head back and didn’t seem happy . I tried again for an hour this morning and he just wasn’t having it . I had been worried that maybe your truck would turn up and because the horse wasn’t ready wouldn’t be allowed on. What I didn’t mention to jack was that i’m blind in one eye and have no depth of perception. That makes it difficult to complete tasks like putting on a halter. Jack drove very carefully down our Rd and up our drive . He went straight to work and his ability and obvious know-how immediately removed all the worry and stress of sending the horse off to QLD. Jack grabbed some gear and walked into the paddock and made it look easy. He got Cobber sorted in no time flat and loaded him on the truck very carefully . he then very carefully reversed the truck into a clear area and headed back down the drive. I watched him drive away and must note that again he drove up the Rd very carefully and proffesionally. This is the kind of professionalism and skill I was hoping for .The presentation and signage of your truck and Jack are a credit to your company. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone else and if we were in the same position again I would always look to you first to get the job done . Thanks for transporting my horse and taking the best care of him. Was a long way and the owner said he doesn’t like floating since he hurt his foot on one and warned me that he may be grumpy . OMG I just had a mare delivered all the way from Yallah to Inverell my first contact was Katrina from Ultimate Horse Transport I was very surprised at the incredible time frame Katrina offered.I bought the horse on Saturday and was delivered all that way on Tuesday the price was fantastic and delivered to my door well paddock anyway the horse arrived in a calm and happy condition I cannot recommend ultimate horse transport enough I will definitely be using this company in the future an Awesome organization with price timing and service Scarlett Ohara
